Description:

Your mission is to orchestrate and lead the creation of Future Works University, a structured and engaging training program that empowers the team with essential skills in AI-native service delivery, research, marketing, sales, design, tech, and beyond.
As the architect, you will engage subject matter experts across the company and repurpose existing documentation to shape content that is practical, accessible, and impactful.
You will leverage AI-driven learning tools to enhance engagement, personalization, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include leading the development of a structured curriculum covering onboarding, digital marketing, sales, and other essential topics.
You will identify and engage internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to contribute their knowledge and insights.
You will integrate AI-powered training tools for personalized learning experiences and efficiency in content creation.
Organizing and translating SME input into clear, structured training materials and interactive learning sessions is essential.
You will ensure that content is accessible, engaging, and easy to apply in real-world scenarios.
Continuously refining and improving training based on AI-driven insights and learner feedback is a key responsibility.

Requirements:

You must have experience in training program development, curriculum design, or instructional facilitation.
A strong ability to engage and coordinate multiple stakeholders is required.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced learning platforms or a willingness to integrate AI into training programs is necessary.
Excellent communication and instructional design skills are essential; you should be able to distill complex ideas into simple, actionable lessons.
Adaptability is crucial; you should be comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment and shaping a program from the ground up.
