Description:

Netguru is seeking an AI Engineer to help shape the world through beautiful software.
The role involves implementing Azure OpenAI API for applications and RAG systems.
The engineer will work with open source models to fine-tune and apply them for clients.
Responsibilities include experimenting with different ML techniques, creating PoC and MVP of AI applications, and designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
The position requires leading AI project implementations and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.
The engineer will also research new techniques, models, and approaches to apply AI in various industries such as retail, healthcare, and finance.
The position is full-time and offers the flexibility to work from home.

Requirements:

Candidates must have previous experience with software development, ideally 2-5 years of commercial experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks is required.
Familiarity with PyTorch and Tensorflow is necessary.
Candidates should be familiar with OpenAI API and Azure OpenAI API.
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and how GraphRAG works is essential.
Understanding of embeddings, reranking, and database optimization for embeddings is required.
Experience with agentic workflow and defining tools is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with frameworks like autogen (AI Agent) and guidance (Structured information).
Experience in cloud-based AI development, particularly with AWS and Azure, is required.
Familiarity with Firebase and Supabase is necessary.
Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques is essential.
The ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers is required.
Candidates must be based in the European Union and possess excellent communication skills in English (C1+).
