The Founding AI Product Engineer will help build, scale, and innovate AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.
The role involves integrating LLMs (Large Language Models), embeddings, and AI technologies into core products and business operations.
Responsibilities include designing and testing new AI-driven capabilities, delivering impactful AI-powered product features, leading AI innovation, making key decisions on AI infrastructure, and establishing best practices for AI and software engineering.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
Hands-on experience with both paid and open-source LLMs, embeddings, and natural language technologies is required.
A deep understanding of data pipeline technologies such as Spark, Flink, and Kafka is necessary.
Proficiency in Google Cloud (Vertex AI) or AWS AI/ML technologies is essential.
A strong foundation in taking AI models from research to production is needed.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are required.
Candidates must be excellent communicators and team players, able to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and executives.
Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset is preferred, demonstrating a desire to build and innovate.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $185,000 per year, with final offers determined by geographic location and candidate experience.
