TigerEye is an AI Analyst for everyone in go-to-market, tracking changes in a company’s business to deliver instant, accurate answers to complex questions through a simple app.
As an AI Engineer at TigerEye, you will design, develop, and validate statistical models to explain past behavior and predict future behavior of our customers’ sales teams.
You will own the training, integration, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of machine learning components.
The role involves improving TigerEye’s existing metrics collection and analysis techniques to expand the range of questions the company can explore.
You will build a customizable heuristic system to surface actionable insights.
Providing quantitative rationale to inform group decision-making processes will be part of your responsibilities.
You will also design and build the ML infrastructure, including integration with customer data.

Requirements:

Candidates must have substantial experience in programming languages such as Go, Dart, and Python, with the ability to write production-level code.
A strong background in building with SQL is required.
A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is necessary.
Substantial experience with statistics and data modeling is essential.
Knowledge of statistical techniques to build predictive models is required.
Familiarity with time series analysis is necessary.
A solid understanding of computer science, coding principles, and algorithms is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with the full lifecycle of building a machine learning-powered product.
Experience building and evaluating multi-agentic AI applications with OpenAI/LangChain APIs is preferred.
Experience in building ML infrastructure and data engineering, including building an ETL pipeline, is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS or GCP is preferred.
