Description:
Digibee is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join their dynamic team.
The role involves designing, implementing, and advancing state-of-the-art generative AI models.
Responsibilities include researching, designing, and developing innovative generative AI models and algorithms.
The engineer will implement and optimize deep learning architectures for generative tasks, particularly focused on text generation.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define goals, requirements, and deliverables is essential.
The engineer will train and fine-tune models using large-scale datasets and advanced techniques.
Evaluating and assessing model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve results is part of the job.
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI trends and tools is expected.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards is required.
Documenting research findings, methodologies, and technical specifications is necessary.
Participation in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers is part of the role.
The engineer will contribute to the development of tools and frameworks to facilitate generative AI research and development.
Interpreting insights from pre-sales, sales, customer success teams, and clients to create AI-based features is also a responsibility.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Advanced or fluent English language proficiency is necessary.
A strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative models is essential.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other deep-learning related tools is required.
Familiarity with the Hugging Face Transformers library of pre-trained models, including GPT-2, BERT, and others is needed.
Experience in developing and training deep learning models using large-scale datasets is required.
A solid understanding of neural network architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers), optimization techniques, and loss functions is necessary.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) tools and frameworks is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively are essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
Nice to have:
Proven experience on projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Bard, or LLaMA is preferred.
Familiarity with data engineering and MLOps is a plus.
Experience working with cloud platforms dedicated to training and deploying AI/ML projects such as SageMaker or Vertex AI is beneficial.
A Master's degree in Data Science related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with graphs and GNN is advantageous.
