• The company is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with extensive experience in building products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep expertise in prompt engineering.
• The role involves spearheading the development of innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to end users, redefining the payment landscape.
• Responsibilities include building and deploying scalable AI products leveraging LLMs, developing and optimizing prompts for high-quality outputs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment systems, staying updated on advancements in AI, and leveraging payment and user interaction data to improve product performance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have extensive experience with LLMs, with a proven track record of building and deploying products using models like GPT or similar.
• Prompt engineering expertise is required, including the ability to design, test, and optimize prompts for specific outcomes.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is necessary.
• Expertise in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms is essential.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for semantic search and embedding retrieval is required.
• Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies like Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text is needed.
• Experience in developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is important.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges are required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with NLP libraries like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs and strong analytical and data visualization skills.
