Remote AI Engineer

Description:

• We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team.
• As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms, data models, and AI systems to address key challenges and drive the business forward.
• You will work directly with cross-functional teams to create scalable and effective AI solutions, from model development to deployment, that are user-friendly and deliver real business value.
• Responsibilities include designing and developing AI-driven tools or applications, utilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques to create impactful software.
• You will build and optimize models tailored to the specific needs of the tool, working on tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), image recognition, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
• You will collaborate closely with software developers to integrate AI models into the tool’s architecture and ensure smooth deployment, while also working with QA teams to test AI performance and ensure product robustness.
• Data preparation and preprocessing for model training, including feature engineering, data cleaning, and creating data pipelines, will be part of your role.
• You will focus on creating AI tools that are intuitive and scalable for end-users, collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of AI features in the product.
• Continuous improvement of the tool based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving industry trends will be essential, with a focus on improving both model accuracy and the overall user experience.
• You will work alongside data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to build the AI tool, align on requirements, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintaining documentation for the development process, including code comments, model explanations, and performance reports, will ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is required.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras is essential.
• A solid understanding of AI algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning is required.
• Experience building and deploying AI tools or software, from prototyping to production, is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for model deployment is required.
• A strong background in handling large datasets, data wrangling, and working with data pipelines is essential.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems for collaborative development is required.
