Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to implement and optimize AI-powered products and solutions.
  • In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to apply, fine-tune, and scale AI models, ensuring they deliver real-world impact.
  • You will focus on optimizing performance, integrating AI into production systems, and enabling seamless deployment.
  • Key responsibilities include applying and optimizing AI models to enhance ShyftLabs' data and AI products.
  • You will integrate AI solutions into scalable production environments and fine-tune models for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaboration with engineers and data scientists is essential to ensure seamless AI deployment.
  • You will leverage cloud and infrastructure tools to support AI-driven applications and stay up to date with AI advancements and best practices.
  • Documenting processes and implementations to improve scalability and knowledge sharing is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is required.
  • You must have 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn are necessary.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Experience integrating AI models into scalable production systems is essential.
  • Strong software engineering skills, including experience with API development, microservices, and distributed systems, are needed.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps best practices is important.
  • An understanding of system design and architecture to support AI applications is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize AI-driven applications are necessary.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are essential.
