Description:

Our client is a leader in AI-driven learning and career guidance, seeking an AI Engineer to develop and optimize machine learning models that power personalized recommendations and educational tools.
The position is fully remote, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models for personalized learning and career guidance, integrating AI models into a TypeScript-based platform, analyzing and preprocessing large datasets, implementing and maintaining APIs for AI-driven features, staying updated with advancements in NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems, monitoring AI model performance, and ensuring ethical AI practices.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields is required.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience integrating AI models into applications using TypeScript.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is necessary.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Hands-on experience in NLP, recommendation systems, or personalization algorithms is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment is expected.
Preferred skills include experience with MLOps tools for CI/CD, familiarity with TypeScript frameworks like NestJS, knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop, a background in education technology or career development systems, and an understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability frameworks.
