As an AI Engineer, the main mission is to technically lead the design and construction of artificial intelligence algorithms aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience, as well as developing new operational and predictive capabilities.
Responsibilities include developing AI algorithms (NLP and CV) and analytical assets focused on optimizing processes for the client's Computational Operations management.
The role requires mobilizing necessary bank areas for the proper technical and business evaluation of AI solutions.
The engineer will contribute technical expertise in areas related to artificial intelligence for the client's corporation.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience leading or participating in technology projects that included artificial intelligence, deep learning, or similar technologies.
Experience using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, LLama2, etc., is required.
Candidates must have experience with unstructured data such as text and images.
Conceptual and practical knowledge of frameworks, libraries, and methodologies applicable in the development of AI algorithms is necessary.
Candidates should have conceptual knowledge of neural network architecture.
Knowledge of advanced analytics to support decision-making is required.
Familiarity with technological trends both locally and globally is expected.
Technical requirements include knowledge in AI and specific Python libraries for AI (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy, NumPy, etc.) with the ability to critically evaluate these trends.
Knowledge of the Databricks environment, focused on Python, is necessary.
An intermediate level of English (reading/writing) is required; conversational English is not necessary.
A postgraduate degree is desirable.
