Remote AI Engineer (LLM)

• We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Developer to join our innovative team and lead product development, research, and technical architecture for our new AI-powered platform.
• This is a hands-on role that will allow you to play a key part in shaping the future of AI.
• Responsibilities include researching, designing the architecture, and implementing new AI-powered features.
• You will implement features together with the engineering team and develop and maintain the backend infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Participation in the entire software development lifecycle is required, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of AI features.
• You will research and implement new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance platform capabilities.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices is also part of the role.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest AI and software development trends, sharing knowledge with the team, and actively contributing to continuous improvement is expected.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Python developer is required.
• Experience in building data infrastructure that is both scalable and extensible is necessary.
• You must have experience in infrastructure containerization and DevOps & MLOps on GCP or AWS.
• Experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade APIs, such as with fastAPI, is essential.
• A strong desire to learn about AI and LLMs and to make agents accessible to businesses and developers is required.
• A builder mindset and enjoyment in tinkering around and experimenting with complex systems are important traits for this position.
