The role involves developing scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions, particularly with LLMs in the context of agents and copilots.
Responsibilities include bringing AI solutions to the existing Web App, shipping full-stack AI projects end to end using pre-trained models.
The engineer will build and integrate components for Ordio’s AI infrastructure, supporting production-level inference and fine-tuning.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI-driven applications, APIs, and user interfaces is essential.
The role requires designing and implementing an internal and external MCP Server for chat-based user interaction.
Deploying AI solutions to the Cloud via Terraform and leveraging cloud-native services is a key responsibility.
Collaboration with Product Managers, Lead Developers, UX/UI Designers, and other team members is necessary to integrate AI components seamlessly.
The engineer will also develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of AI solutions.
Requirements:
A strong software engineering background is required, with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, particularly in generative models.
Proven experience in integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications, especially in production use cases of LLMs, is essential.
A deep understanding of models, their context windows, and model behavior, along with practical experience in implementing and optimizing RAG systems, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools, particularly Terraform, and deploying services on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
Proficiency in unit, integration, and system testing, focusing on the robustness, reliability, and performance of AI-powered systems is needed.
The candidate must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Lead Engineers.
Bonus points for experience in building and maintaining MCP (Message Control Protocol) or similar internal/external server infrastructures.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation and benefits, including equity, flexible time off, and generous parental leave are offered.
Employees will enjoy true ownership of their development in an early-stage environment, contributing to Ordio’s global expansion while charting their own professional path.
The company promotes an open, innovative culture where autonomous teams tackle ambitious projects and drive meaningful impact.
State-of-the-art technical equipment and tooling, such as a MacBook Pro with M4 at minimum, will be provided.
Full flexibility is offered, including remote work, home office options, and flexible hours.
The company prioritizes both physical and mental well-being with subsidized gym memberships and regular wellness-focused initiatives.
Ordio has a clear set of company values that guide their operations: Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future.
