Jobgether is seeking an AI Engineer to work remotely in the United States.
This role focuses on pioneering AI-powered cybersecurity by integrating technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, and generative models into digital products and workflows.
As a founding team member, the engineer will lead experimentation, prototype intelligent features, and influence the direction of AI in a startup environment.
Responsibilities include designing and prototyping AI-driven features, collaborating with teams to implement LLM functionalities, and making strategic decisions regarding AI infrastructure and tooling.
The engineer will establish engineering standards for AI development, stay updated on AI advancements, and support cross-functional efforts by simplifying complex AI solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI or machine learning.
Proven expertise in working with LLMs, embeddings, and natural language processing (NLP) is required.
A strong understanding of data pipelines and technologies such as Spark, Flink, or Kafka is necessary.
Proficiency in cloud-based AI platforms like Google Cloud (Vertex AI) or AWS AI/ML services is essential.
Experience in taking AI models from concept to production in real-world applications is required.
Candidates should possess exceptional critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience or a strong desire to build from the ground up is preferred.

The position offers 100% remote work within the United States.
A competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $185,000 annually, based on experience and location, is provided.
