Description:
Future is seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy applied AI and automation solutions focused on enhancing SEO and AI-driven optimization capabilities.
The role involves collaborating with SEO specialists, Data Scientists, Editorial teams, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
Responsibilities include automating tasks such as technical SEO checks, keyword clustering, meta optimization, content briefing, and predictive performance analysis using prompt engineering and modern AI infrastructure.
The position requires leading the delivery of AI-driven automation projects from concept to deployment, ensuring scalable systems with CI/CD and automated testing for SEO and content accuracy.
The candidate will identify and automate inefficient SEO and content workflows using tools like Temporal.io, n8n.io, or custom programming in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
The role also involves integrating AI solutions that meet real-world needs and advocating for AI in SEO by staying ahead of industry trends and sharing best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in a technical role such as Automation, Software, or Applied AI/ML Engineering.
Experience in designing and implementing automation for content, data, or SEO using tools like Temporal, n8n, or custom scripts is required.
Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language such as Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript is necessary.
Practical experience applying LLMs, NLP, and embeddings to real-world problems in content, SEO, or data workflows is essential.
Familiarity with SEO principles and a curiosity about how AI impacts search engine behavior is important.
Candidates should be familiar with modern software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Strong communication skills are required to explain AI concepts and collaborate across teams.
The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, search trends, and AI developments is crucial.

The expected salary range for this role is £40,000 - £60,000.
