Description:

The AI Engineer (The AI Architect) will design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions that transform industries.
This role involves collaborating with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into products and services.
Key responsibilities include developing and deploying machine learning and AI models using techniques such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
The engineer will collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and transform large datasets for model training, ensuring optimized data pipelines for AI workflows.
Responsibilities also include optimizing model performance through experimentation with different architectures and algorithms, and deploying models into production environments.
Continuous monitoring of deployed models is required to detect model drift and retrain them with new data as necessary.
The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI models with product goals and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and trends.

Requirements:

A deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, neural networks, clustering, and reinforcement learning is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn is essential.
Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature selection, and engineering for AI models is necessary.
Experience in deploying AI models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is required.
Strong collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is required, with equivalent experience in AI development being highly valued.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering or machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in real-world applications is necessary.
Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure ML is highly desirable.
