Description:

We are looking for an AI Engineer with expertise in generative AI and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
This role requires proficiency in TTS technologies, as well as knowledge in diffusion models, LLMs, and advanced prompting for LLMs, image and video generators.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in deploying and integrating AI solutions to production.
Key responsibilities include utilizing, training, and experimenting with TTS models, as well as diffusion models such as Flux dev and Flux schnell.
The engineer will develop prompts for LLMs and optimize inputs for image and video generators.
They will implement and deploy generative AI models using Docker and containerization tools.
The role also involves integrating APIs, including Claude and OpenAI, into scalable applications.
The engineer will work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) for AI model deployment and optimization.

Requirements:

The candidate must have proficiency in Python and widely-used AI libraries such as PyTorch, Diffusers, and Accelerate.
Familiarity with TTS technologies, both open-source and proprietary solutions, is required.
The candidate should be familiar with RVC, Coqui TTS, and other TTS-focused tools.
Strong experience in containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP) for hosting and scaling AI solutions is essential.
The candidate must have expertise in API integration, especially with Claude, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or other similar TTS providers.
A basic understanding of prompt engineering for LLMs and advanced prompting for image and video generation is required.
Familiarity with the Huggingface ecosystem is also necessary.
The candidate should have a proven track record in training and deploying TTS as well as generative AI models.
Strong experience in API integration and cloud-based deployments is essential.
A willingness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with complex multi-modal AI solutions and keeping up with the newest model trends and solutions on the market.
