The platform generates emotionally intelligent profiles and insights through conversational AI, offering users thoughtful reflection, mediation, and guidance.

You’ll have full technical ownership in shaping a meaningful and potentially viral product, with the resources and autonomy to build like a founder.
Key responsibilities include developing the MVP with a conversational interface supporting both voice and text, building systems that generate AI-driven insights and dynamic relationship profiles, and designing flows for emotional mapping and perspective-balancing tools.
You will implement user onboarding and contact-linking features, create a secure, scalable architecture for managing structured relationship data, and collaborate on UI and UX design, gathering user feedback and iterating quickly.
You will take full ownership of the build, deployment, and delivery of the working MVP.

Requirements:

Frontend experience using React.js or Next.js, with Tailwind CSS for styling is required.
Backend development with Node.js and Express.js or Firebase (Firestore) is necessary.
Proficiency in integrating OpenAI’s GPT for conversational and advisory features is essential.
Familiarity with voice input technologies such as Web Speech API or Whisper API is needed.
A strong ability to design and manage structured data models is required.
Deployment experience on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or Render is necessary.
Preferred qualities include a background in NLP, sentiment analysis, or emotion modeling.
A user-first mindset with a strong sense for intuitive product design is preferred.
Understanding of gamification techniques and viral feature development is a plus.
A willingness to build in public and share iterative updates with the team is desired.
