Remote AI Growth & Prompt Engineer

Description:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and goals
• Build custom AI workflows
• Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform product improvements
• LLM prompt engineering to drive high quality, reliable outputs from models
• Designing, crafting, and optimizing prompts that guide AI systems to generate accurate, informative, and creative outputs
• Train customers on how to use GrowthX and provide ongoing support
• Contribute to the development of best practices and templates for AI workflows
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to shape the future of GrowthX

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience building workflows and/or automations leveraging LLMs
• Understanding of AI concepts and LLM prompting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Methodical, structured approach to problem-solving
