Responsibilities include researching and evaluating competing tools, developing and implementing AI solutions for recruitment automation, leading AI transformation within the company, and enhancing team efficiency with AI-powered tools.
This position is an individual contributor role, requiring close collaboration with the founder and senior leadership, without team management responsibilities.

Requirements:
