Description:
The AI LLM Agent Engineer will design, build, and fine-tune LLM models and multi-modal models to address complex business challenges.
Responsibilities include implementing large language model (LLM) agents and integrating various data modalities such as text, image, audio, and video.
The role requires strong hands-on coding expertise, particularly in Python development, and specialized knowledge in LLM-based agent design and development.
Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing POCs for multi-modal solutions, writing and maintaining clean and efficient code, and designing scalable LLM agent frameworks.
The engineer will monitor and optimize agent frameworks, implement model explainability techniques, and ensure robustness across different data types.
The position involves reading and implementing research papers into practical solutions and ensuring adherence to ethical AI practices.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in coding LLM agents with advanced proficiency in Python (3.10+) and knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch.
1-2 years of experience in fine-tuning LLMs and deploying LLM agents, with practical experience in AWS Bedrock and other relevant platforms.
Proven track record of developing high-quality Python code, including experience with advanced Python features and best practices.
Intermediate understanding of model/agent engineering and practical experience in fine-tuning models for specific use cases.
Intermediate knowledge in deploying models and agents on cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and implementing serverless architectures.
Expertise in debugging and fixing issues related to LLMs, including identifying root causes of errors and optimizing system performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Experience in understanding and implementing the latest technologies and research papers into solutions.
Intermediate development knowledge of multimodal and voice-based agents is preferred.
