Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in motion graphics production, with strong technical expertise and leadership experience.

A proven track record of implementing AI-driven processes within cross-functional creative teams is essential.
The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator and team mentor, capable of explaining technical concepts to creative and customer-facing stakeholders.
