Description:

Talentus is seeking an AI Operations Engineer for a contract position (6 months, with potential to renew for 12 months) that is fully remote within LATAM.
The AI Operations Engineer will support implementations and manage IT infrastructure environments to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities include supporting the implementation and management of AI/ML solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, and monitoring performance.
The role involves assisting in defining and managing the enterprise monitoring strategy, developing a comprehensive monitoring approach, and leveraging AI for predictive analytics and incident management.
Collaboration with end users, production support teams, and stakeholders is essential to gather requirements and deliver effective monitoring solutions.
The engineer will evaluate and select appropriate monitoring tools, manage the roadmap for monitoring and automation tools, and establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for system performance.

Requirements:

A background in Data Science or a related field is required.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and automation, particularly within ServiceNow, is necessary.
Experience working in IT operations or on an IT operations team is essential.
Strong knowledge of observability and event management best practices is required.
Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms and ITIL processes, especially in event and incident management, is needed.
Experience with monitoring tools such as SL1 and ServiceNow ITOM is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are necessary.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
