The AI Practice Principal at Netguru will help entrepreneurs and innovators shape the world through beautiful software.
The role involves identifying AI opportunities within existing and potential clients’ organizations.
The candidate will build and nurture strong client relationships to position the company as a trusted AI partner.
Acting as a thought leader, the principal will evangelize AI use cases tailored to client industries.
Responsibilities include developing and delivering compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to drive AI project sales.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams to design strategic AI solutions that align with client business objectives.
The principal will guide clients on AI implementation strategies, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Oversight of initial technical proof-of-concept or pilot project phases is required to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.
The candidate will provide insights into AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to client needs.
Cross-functional collaboration with internal engineering and delivery teams is essential for seamless project execution.
The principal will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
Leading workshops, webinars, or training sessions to educate clients on AI opportunities and trends is part of the role.
The candidate will represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase expertise.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 5+ years in a consulting role, ideally with a focus on AI, data, or technology solutions.
A proven track record in consultative sales or business development in the software or tech consulting space is required.
Hands-on technical background in AI/ML tools and methodologies (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, cloud platforms) is necessary.
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes are essential.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences, from executives to technical teams, are required.
Competence in proposal writing, deal negotiation, and closing high-value sales is necessary.
The candidate should be self-driven and entrepreneurial, with a passion for emerging technologies.
Ability to thrive in a client-facing, dynamic environment requiring both strategic and technical contributions is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address varied client needs are required.
Very good knowledge of English is mandatory.
Experience in the Finance/Retail sector is a nice-to-have.
