The AI Product Engineer will lead the design, development, and optimization of language model-based agents to drive innovative solutions.
This role emphasizes engineering and deploying AI-powered agents that utilize large language models for interactive, conversational, and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning large language model-based agents, building scalable LLM agent architectures, collaborating with teams to align AI agents with customer needs, researching optimization techniques, integrating agents into production environments, and staying updated on advancements in generative AI and NLP.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, or a related field is required.
Strong experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5), NLP frameworks (Transformers, spaCy, Hugging Face), and prompt engineering techniques is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
Practical experience in deploying and scaling language model agents in a production environment is essential.
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 per year.
