Description:

The AI Prompt Engineer (The AI Interaction Designer) will design, test, and refine prompts that enhance AI models' understanding and performance.
This role involves crafting and refining prompts to guide AI models in generating desired outputs, experimenting with different phrasings and techniques.
The engineer will collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to incorporate prompts into model training and fine-tuning processes.
Extensive testing and evaluation of AI model outputs based on different prompts will be conducted to analyze results and refine prompts.
The position requires collaboration with UX designers and product teams to create natural and intuitive user interactions with AI systems.
The engineer will collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement in prompts and AI interactions.
Comprehensive documentation for prompt design and usage will be created, establishing best practices and guidelines for prompt engineering.
Staying updated on the latest developments in AI language models and prompt engineering techniques is essential for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in crafting effective prompts for AI language models, such as GPT or similar large-scale models, is required.
A solid understanding of how language models work, including their strengths and limitations, is necessary, along with experience in NLP techniques and tools.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate AI responses, identify patterns, and adjust prompts for better outcomes are essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work cross-functionally with AI researchers, UX designers, and product teams.
A user-centric approach is necessary to optimize AI interactions, ensuring models provide helpful and relevant responses.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, AI, or a related field is required, with equivalent experience considered.
At least 2+ years of experience working with AI models, NLP, or conversational AI, with hands-on experience in designing prompts for AI systems, is necessary.
Experience with AI frameworks such as OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face, or other large language models is highly desirable.
