Description:

The AI Prompt Engineer will design, test, and refine prompts that enhance AI models' understanding and performance.
This role involves crafting and refining prompts to guide AI models in generating desired outputs, experimenting with different phrasings and techniques.
The engineer will collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to incorporate prompts into model training and fine-tuning processes.
Extensive testing and evaluation of AI model outputs based on different prompts will be conducted to analyze results and refine prompts.
The engineer will work with UX designers and product teams to create natural, intuitive user interactions with AI systems.
User feedback will be collected and analyzed to identify areas for improvement in prompts and AI interactions.
Comprehensive documentation for prompt design and usage will be created, establishing best practices for prompt engineering.
The engineer will stay updated on the latest developments in AI language models and prompt engineering techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience in crafting effective prompts for AI language models, understanding how prompt structure influences AI outputs.
Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and experience with NLP techniques and tools to improve AI's understanding of human language.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate AI responses, identify patterns, and adjust prompts for better outcomes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with AI researchers, UX designers, and product teams.
A user-centric approach to optimize AI interactions, ensuring models provide helpful and relevant responses.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience in AI prompt engineering.
2+ years of experience working with AI models, NLP, or conversational AI, with hands-on experience designing prompts for AI systems.
Experience with AI frameworks such as OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face, or other large language models is highly desirable.
