Description:

• Phaidra is seeking an AI Research Scientist specializing in Control Theory to develop novel algorithmic architecture for intelligent control systems in the industrial sector.
• The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating models, agents, and software prototypes for perceptual processing.
• Research Scientists will report and present findings clearly and efficiently, participate in collaborative research projects, and maintain relationships with external collaborators.
• The position requires mentoring Research Engineers to apply research findings to industrial domains.

Requirements:

• A PhD in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required, with demonstrated knowledge in reinforcement learning, deep learning, control theory, or multi-agent reinforcement learning.
• Extensive research experience in Model-Based, Model-Free, and Safe Reinforcement Learning, as well as Control Theory, is necessary.
