Requirements:

Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, including supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++, and experience with AI research libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
A solid background in mathematics, statistics, probability, and optimization techniques, with comfort in linear algebra, calculus, and statistical inference.
Expertise in conducting rigorous experiments, hypothesis testing, data analysis, and clear articulation of research findings.
Excellent communication skills to present research to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across departments.
A PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is required; candidates with a Master’s degree and substantial research experience may also be considered.
A strong publication record in top-tier AI, machine learning, or computer science journals and conferences is highly desirable.
At least 3 years of experience in AI research or applied machine learning, with a proven track record of developing innovative AI solutions.
Experience in research labs, universities, or industry R&D departments, with hands-on experience in developing AI models and implementing research findings.
