Description:

We are seeking a highly assertive, detail-oriented, and process-oriented AI Sales Engineer for a remote position.
The Sales Engineer will be involved in selling solutions that integrate AI into medical coding and auditing processes, such as automating coding workflows and providing real-time audits.
This role will work with healthcare providers to understand their needs and propose AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy in medical coding and auditing.
Key responsibilities include serving as the technical expert in client meetings, demos, and proposals for Semantic Health’s AI-powered medical coding and auditing solutions.
The Sales Engineer will translate clinical, coding, and operational pain points into technical solutions using Semantic’s software.
They will partner with Sales Representatives to qualify, scope, and close complex enterprise deals.
Conducting tailored product demonstrations, technical proofs-of-concept, and RFP responses is also part of the role.
The Sales Engineer will provide domain expertise on CAC, CDI, and auditing processes, as well as AI implementation strategies.
They will support onboarding and ensure a smooth technical handoff to implementation or customer success teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must be highly assertive and detail-oriented with a strong process orientation.
A deep understanding of AI integration into medical coding and auditing processes is required.
Experience in conducting client meetings, demos, and proposals is essential.
Candidates should be able to translate clinical, coding, and operational pain points into technical solutions.
A collaborative approach to partner with Sales Representatives for qualifying, scoping, and closing complex enterprise deals is necessary.
Expertise in conducting tailored product demonstrations and technical proofs-of-concept is required.
Knowledge of CAC, CDI, and auditing processes, as well as AI implementation strategies, is essential.
Candidates must be able to support onboarding and ensure a smooth technical handoff to implementation or customer success teams.
