Requirements:

Candidates must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for coordinating technical and non-technical teams through a clear, structured approach.
A proven ability to leverage advanced AI tools to enhance productivity by up to 5x is required.
Applicants should have 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, including direct customer interaction and relevant certifications.
Expertise in facilitating customer workshops and leading Agile project management is necessary.
Strong knowledge of Web services, APIs, and integration design is essential.
Proficiency in data modeling, data analytics, data cleansing, and report creation is required.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
Keen attention to detail in user demonstrations and documentation is important.
Familiarity with Salesforce development practices is preferred.
