Deep Lake is seeking an AI Search Engineer to work remotely in the USA.
The company specializes in providing a database for AI that simplifies the organization of complex unstructured data and enables knowledge retrieval with AI.
Deep Lake's unique storage format is optimized for deep-learning and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
The AI Search Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced search and retrieval systems using RAG techniques to solve complex information access challenges.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of advanced retrieval systems, optimizing search algorithms, integrating vector storage and indexing solutions, designing query processing pipelines, developing information retrieval models, evaluating system performance, optimizing scalability and efficiency, and managing data ingestion and indexing.
The ideal candidate should have a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, strong programming skills in languages like Python or C++, experience with machine learning libraries, and a solid understanding of advanced machine learning algorithms and data pre-processing techniques.

Requirements:

Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Llama Index, LangChain, etc.
Proven experience in developing and deploying complex machine learning models in production environments.
Strong understanding of advanced machine learning algorithms, data pre-processing, and data quality assurance techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
