The director will provide mentorship and guidance to the account management team, fostering a culture of excellence.
The role involves overseeing contract negotiations and managing key contracts to ensure mutual benefit and protect long-term relationships.
Financial oversight is required, collaborating with the finance team to manage customer financials and ensure profitability.
The director will establish key performance indicators to measure account strategy effectiveness and prepare regular updates for the executive team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or related fields.
A proven track record in executive-level client engagement and revenue growth is essential.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills are required.
Candidates must be able to synthesize complex information and present it effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
