Description:

The position is for an AI Software Engineer working during US business hours.

Key responsibilities include planning the development process, making architecture and strategy decisions, executing best practice development processes, and collaborating on product strategy and project management.

Requirements:

Strong programming skills with real-world experience in writing and shipping production code are required.
Deep experience with AI-powered software development, particularly using Cursor in a systematic and scalable manner, is required.
Technical experience in building on OpenAI APIs and multi-agent SDKs such as CrewAI, Vercel, and OpenAI Agents SDK is required.
Experience working with cross-functional co-founding teams, including non-coders involved in technical work, is required.
A proven ability to build for both short and long-term goals, balancing technical debt with momentum, is required.
A mindset that is fully committed to AI development, actively engaging with the AI space through podcasts and social media, is essential.
The candidate should be obsessively innovating with AI, always refining the use of AI tools to enhance quality and reduce friction.
A curious and optimistic approach to novel problems and new technology is necessary.
