Description:

The AI Software Engineer will be part of the Data Management team, focusing on building AI-enhanced products and data management capabilities at Fullstory.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities include architecting infrastructure for AI capabilities, researching and deploying LLM-powered features, and developing backend systems to support AI applications.
The engineer will collaborate with senior leaders, designers, and product management to create features that simplify data management workflows.
Daily tasks may involve building, testing, and validating prototypes, as well as working closely with customers to deliver end-to-end experiences.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI systems, including LLMs or RAG systems.
A strong interest in the latest developments in the AI space and the ability to apply that knowledge to systems design is required.
Proficiency in a strongly-typed programming language such as Go, C++, Rust, or Java is necessary.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and deploying AI models in a cloud environment is essential.
Bonus points for experience using Jupyter Notebooks for AI/ML projects and expertise in building scalable web applications with React, Typescript, and related frameworks.
