The AI Software Engineer (The Intelligent Systems Developer) will create, deploy, and optimize AI solutions that power the next generation of smart applications.
This role involves collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to design and develop AI-driven applications leveraging machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing AI algorithms, building scalable AI systems, designing data pipelines, training and tuning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, deploying and monitoring AI models, and staying updated with AI research and trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience in developing machine learning models, deep learning algorithms, and NLP solutions, and be comfortable with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is required, along with experience in developing production-level AI software.
Expertise in building data pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models is essential, including handling large datasets and optimizing data flows.
Experience in deploying AI models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-premise infrastructure is necessary, along with familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Excellent communication skills are required to work across teams and explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is required, with equivalent experience in AI software development also valued.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in AI software development, with a proven track record of designing and deploying AI models into production environments.
