Description:

Halo is an international agency with over 200 people specializing in interactive media strategy and development, focusing on innovation by inclusion to solve digital problems.
The AI Solution Architect will lead the design of scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and microservices.
The role involves collaborating with the Portfolio Delivery function to understand customer and technical needs and design architectural solutions that are innovative, scalable, reusable, and aligned with technology standards.
After project approval, the architect will be part of the Pod Leadership team, responsible for implementing architectural visions using agile methodologies.
Responsibilities include understanding business and technology problems, providing guidance on technology obsolescence, designing solution documents, incorporating security-by-design, participating in architecture reviews, and supporting implementation efforts.
The architect will also empower development teams, champion new technologies, and ensure automation and efficiencies in solution design.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MEAN stack, .Net core, Python, or other middleware technologies is required.
Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML) is necessary.
Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, microservice-based architecture, and secure by design concepts is essential.
Familiarity with Big Data, Data Lake, BI tools, and Application Performance Monitoring techniques is required.
Experience with Agile methodologies and recognized document standards (C4, UML, Archimate) is necessary.
Candidates must be self-motivated, able to excel in a remote position, and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines is essential.
Extensive experience in designing and communicating technology solutions based on requirements is required.
Candidates should have an inquisitive mindset and a track record of implementing new technologies and architectural patterns.
Required AI competencies include analyzing AI evolution and business impact, ensuring compliance with AI governance, utilizing generative AI and LLMs, integrating AI tools into development, designing autonomous systems, utilizing cloud AI and ML services, applying ML and DL principles, and maintaining continuous learning and collaboration.
