Description:

  • TXI is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to connect complex AI technologies with tangible business outcomes by creating innovative solutions and delivering measurable client value.
  • The role involves partnering with the sales team to explain AI to potential clients and delivering billable AI services on client projects.
  • Responsibilities include identifying high-impact opportunities for AI, designing custom AI implementations, communicating technical capabilities in business-focused language, developing proof-of-concept prototypes, ensuring ethical AI implementation, contributing expertise throughout the client journey, evaluating emerging AI technologies, supporting sales enablement, and building sustainable AI adoption.
  • The position requires a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in building and implementing AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a strong engineering background with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and implementing AI solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in AI approaches, frameworks, programming languages, and development tools such as LLM, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, and LangChain is required.
  • Experience with AI engineering practices, including model training, evaluation, and deployment, is essential.
  • The ability to explain complex technical ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience guiding AI projects from concept to implementation with measurable results.
  • A strong understanding of business problems to quantify the impact of technical solutions is required.
  • Problem-solving skills to adapt AI approaches to unique client challenges are essential.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles and practices, including security, ethics, bias mitigation, explainability, and privacy, is necessary.
  • Candidates must be willing to identify knowledge gaps and research solutions independently.
  • The ability to balance sales support responsibilities with billable project delivery is required.
  • A collaborative mindset to work with clients, business development teams, and delivery teams is essential.

  • The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $195,000, along with an incentive pay structure.
