Description:

The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing AI models and solutions using various AI technologies and frameworks.
They will implement and optimize AI-based document processing solutions using Azure Document Intelligence.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services will be a key aspect of the role.
Analyzing and preprocessing large datasets to train and validate AI models will be part of the daily tasks.
Deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance, will be crucial.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements, will be a continuous process.
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies is essential.
Providing technical guidance and support to other team members on AI-related projects will be required.
Conducting research and feasibility studies to explore new AI opportunities and applications is also part of the role.

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions is a must.
Strong proficiency with AI technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ML.NET, or similar is necessary.
Experience with Azure Document Intelligence and other Azure AI services is essential.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or similar, is required.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision is necessary.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically are essential.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary.
Fluency in oral and written English is a must.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience with other AI-related technologies and tools like Wav2Vec etc.
Understanding of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with agile methodologies and practices.
Certification in AI/ML or related fields is a plus.
