Description:

The AI Solutions Engineer will build AI growth workflows using AirOps for internal use and to productize for customers across various verticals.
This role involves evolving the services delivery playbook and resourcing, balancing execution and strategy.
The engineer will utilize the AirOps platform to enhance internal and customer-facing processes while validating new use cases.
Collaboration with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams is essential to create new templates and workflows that align with product launches and customer expansion opportunities.
The position requires working cross-functionally with engineering, design, CX, growth, and content teams to quickly bring features to market and iterate based on feedback.
The engineer will monitor key metrics, analyze trends and patterns, and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes, regularly reporting findings to the Executive team.
Partnering with the design team on UX research initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversions throughout the customer journey is also a key responsibility.
Testing the product and providing feedback to improve customer experience and usability is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Solution Engineering, or a similar role at a high-growth startup.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where roles and responsibilities are fluid.
A track record of managing complex, multi-threaded projects in a hybrid environment is required.
Experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and retrieval, is necessary.
Familiarity with automating processes using workflow automation tools like Zapier is expected.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making are essential.
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools like Linear, Airtable, and Asana, are required.
A strong interest in the intersection of AI and growth, as well as the emergent capabilities and applications of LLMs, is important.
Familiarity with Python and JavaScript is preferred.
