Description:

Weights & Biases is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer, Post Sales to assist customers in solving complex, real-world problems using their developer tools in machine learning pipelines.
The role involves working with advanced ML/GenAI teams on challenges in computer vision, robotics, natural language processing, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
The focus will be on engaging with prospective customers evaluating Weights & Biases for their use cases.
Responsibilities include mastering the implementation of complex ML pipelines and GenAI applications, serving as a trusted advisor to new customers, and acting as a link between customers and internal R&D teams.
Solutions Engineers will collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer success and adoption post-sales.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong programming proficiency in Python is required, along with knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow/Keras and PyTorch Lightning.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and respond promptly in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Candidates should be able to break down complex problems and resolve them through customer consultation.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix is also necessary.
