• The Tech Lead will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of AI-powered applications.
• The position requires overseeing data pipeline architecture, model training, and optimization, as well as collaborating with product teams to integrate AI into existing systems.
• The Tech Lead will hire, mentor, and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• The role includes partnering with cross-functional teams, working closely with leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals, and communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is required.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ for AI/ML development is necessary.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services, including AWS, GCP, or Azure, is essential.
• Proven ability to build and lead technical teams is a must.
• A strong understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and AI ethics is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for this role.
• Preferred experience includes working in mission-driven or faith-based technology organizations, a background in computer vision, NLP, or generative AI, and experience integrating AI with web, mobile, and gaming applications.
