Fieldguide is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to serve as the primary AI expert within the company.
The role involves engaging with clients to understand their workflows, challenges, and objectives related to audit processes.
Responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities to enhance audit workflows, configuring AI functionalities, and leading training sessions for clients.
The AI Transformation Lead will establish metrics to measure the impact of AI solutions and develop standardized processes for AI deployment.
The position requires the development of AI-driven prompts to streamline practitioner workflows.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, with at least 4+ years of experience in AI vertical SaaS solutions.
Proven experience in management consulting for enterprise AI transformation projects is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to translate complex client requirements into practical AI solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion is crucial.
Experience in developing and delivering training sessions or workshops is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in audit and advisory services at a public accounting firm is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
