Remote AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• The AI/Machine Learning Engineer will lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions for a pivotal Federal program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven products.
• Utilize strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models.
• Work with Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Expertise in the end-to-end ML pipeline, including data processing, model training, serving, and monitoring.
• Build scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Address ethics in AI, including bias mitigation, fairness, PII/PHI data, and privacy concerns.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific business use cases.
• Implement MLOps best practices like IaC, CI/CD for ML models, version control for data and models, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
