Be part of an interdisciplinary team innovating the flagship assessment platform, Casper, with AI.
Work on complex problems and lead the design, build, and deployment of an AI-powered evaluation system.
Collaborate with experts from various fields to develop assessment methodologies that ensure scientific integrity and reliability.
Lead the development of the first AI-powered evaluation system for the Casper platform within the first 12 months.
Oversee the entire process from data collection and validation to model training, implementation, and monitoring.
Drive significant business impact, including market scalability, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and improved applicant experience.
Help build a world-class AI and machine learning practice and define processes for embedding AI/ML capabilities within the company.
Engage in collaboration, communication, data science, machine learning, execution, and delivery of AI solutions.

Requirements:

You must have experience in machine learning and data science or related roles, with a strong understanding of training and monitoring ML systems.
Advanced proficiency in Python is essential, along with familiarity with SQL, R, and ML libraries like Scikit-learn and PyTorch.
Understanding of data structures and experience in constructing and optimizing data pipelines is required.
A solid foundation in probability, statistics, algorithms, and benchmark-driven approaches to evaluate AI quality is necessary.
You should prioritize fairness and ethical AI development, applying reflective thinking and empathy in model creation.
A collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence and a passion for cross-functional teamwork is essential.
You must have a history of tackling complex problems and thrive in ambiguous situations.
Strong communication skills to translate complex AI models into clear narratives for diverse audiences are required.
A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of AI and machine learning is important.
