The position is for a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to drive innovation in building domain-specific AI agents for the next-generation product suite.
Responsibilities include designing and refining NLP models, integrating speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities, architecting retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and utilizing vector databases for semantic search.
The engineer will also develop strategies for prompt engineering, ensure data governance, train and deploy ML models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
A proven track record of at least 2 years in NLP, conversational AI, or machine learning roles, ideally with hands-on deployment experience.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face is essential.
Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, Rasa, or NLTK, and an understanding of dialog systems is necessary.
Hands-on experience designing retrieval-augmented architectures and working with vector stores like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma is required.
Knowledge of orchestrating multi-step AI workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks is important.
Comfort with data engineering tasks and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes-based deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is needed.
Awareness of data governance/privacy solutions and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise AI is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to share ideas with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
