The AI/ML Engineer will join the research and development team at Real Broker LLC, focusing on implementing AI-driven solutions across various business facets.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models to enhance operations, customer experience, and product innovation.
The role involves collaborating with teams such as operations, marketing, and product development to identify AI integration opportunities.
The engineer will build and maintain scalable AI systems using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Staying updated on AI/ML trends and troubleshooting models for performance and reliability are key duties.
Thorough documentation of models and communication of findings to stakeholders are also required.

Requirements:

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn are essential.
A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques is required.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL is necessary.
