Description:

LivePerson is seeking a passionate and proactive AI/ML engineer intern to join a collaborative team of AI/ML Engineers and Scientists.
The intern will design, develop, and test Generative AI methods for various use cases and models, ensuring high-quality output.
The role involves working alongside Generative AI Engineers, Scientists, and Product leaders to leverage LivePerson’s conversational data pipeline and customer base.
The intern will contribute to expanding LivePerson’s Generative AI self-service offering by gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
The position provides real-world experience in addressing enterprise challenges like personalization and multi-modal AI.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge and/or experience with Generative AI and Prompt Engineering is required.
Familiarity with general Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Conversational AI concepts is necessary.
Proficiency in Python is essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
Candidates must have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
