As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work in a cross-functional team, participating in product planning from discovery to deployment.
Your role will involve developing and maintaining AI and machine learning algorithms using Python, creating data pipelines, and deploying scalable AI models.
You will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Responsibilities include writing clean code, conducting research on AI techniques, troubleshooting code, and creating documentation for stakeholders.
You will also participate in code reviews to foster a strong engineering culture within the organization.

Requirements:

High proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the data science stack is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Back-End engineering in production environments is necessary for this mid/senior-level role.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing research and algorithms in Python, particularly in information retrieval, text processing, NLP, and machine learning.
Proven experience in delivering AI/Machine Learning solutions within a product context is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or Computer Science-related field is mandatory.
