US Mobile is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop, optimize, and scale machine learning models for enhancing user experiences.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying conversational and multi-agent LLM solutions, crafting multi-agent conversational flows, and employing advanced LLM techniques for context-aware dialogues.
The engineer will explore multi-modal and multi-model integration, evaluating different input/output formats to enrich user interactions.
The position requires building data pipelines for real-time data feeding into models and implementing best practices for model lifecycle management.
The engineer will ensure the chat system can handle thousands of concurrent interactions while maintaining low latency and high availability.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions at scale.
A solid understanding of NLP techniques, including transformer models and embeddings, is required, along with experience using tools like Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI’s API.
Proficiency in Python or a similar language for data pipelines and model development is necessary.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices is essential.
Candidates should be up-to-date on AI/ML trends, especially in multi-agent systems and generative modeling.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose bottlenecks and scale solutions are required.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary, with the ability to present complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for iterative development and the ability to pivot based on user feedback and product metrics is important.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 150k CAD to 240k CAD, depending on experience.
