Description:

Coda is an all-in-one collaborative workspace that combines teams and tools for a more organized workday.
The company has launched Coda Brain, an AI platform that understands company data and responds in text and tables.
As an AI/ML Software Engineer, you will build products using the latest AI technology to solve user problems.
You will work with large language models (LLMs) to help users write content, find and summarize data, and build custom applications from natural language prompts.
You will collaborate with a team of experienced engineers and product managers who have worked on widely-used technology products.
Your responsibilities will include building solutions, guiding problem-solving direction, and enhancing Coda with AI.
You will ensure customers have an excellent experience and participate in on-call rotations for customer support and live production issues.

Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role and possess a software engineering degree or equivalent experience.
You should have at least 3 years of experience working with machine learning, specifically in training and using large language models and natural language processing.
Proficiency in Python and a major ML framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is required.
You must have experience with the end-to-end process of model creation and serving, including data collection, training, evaluation, and productionization.
A motivated attitude and the ability to excel when challenged are essential for this role.

Coda offers highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits, with a salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 based on experience and expertise.
The role is eligible for remote work anywhere within the United States.
